I wish Volkswagen would at least provide some promotional material for a new car buyer though. Pay $54,000 for a new car and not even a key chain lol.

I estimate that there were over 100 Jettas and Passats to choose from. We test drove 3 and I bought the last one. Very patient sales force with zero pressure and great attention to detail as well as model knowledge!

My family has owned several VWs but this was the first VW purchase for my wife and I. We traded in a Civic Si for a new Tiguan which is a night and day difference. Have taken both my career and my son's car here for service. Both times the work was done right the first time and this is one of the few dealers who hands but tried to sell me unnecessary extras. Every detail was explained and the Service Manager took me back and showed me the issue to see it first hand. I will definitely be back next time I need to get serviced
I bought my car here and get it serviced here. They are friendly and up front about everything with me. Purchasing the car was easy as well. Levi the salesman was nice and took me right to cars that had what I wanted and were in my price range. Car buying is never hassle free but it was the least annoying car purchase I have ever experienced.
Came in today to have my son's CC worked on, he was told by the auto parts store that his voltage regulator was defective. When I came into service Larry took all my information then stated he would have to run some tests to determine what is wrong. After a little while Larry and the service tech Jack came in to discuss the results of their tests. Their results determined that the voltage regulator and alternator were good. Bought our 2013 Jetta wagon in another state before moving here. I had service at another dealer in St. Louis and shortly after the car developed vibration and noise in the front end. We took the car to Auffenberg because they were closer and they diagnosed damaged wheel bearing and bent rim and fixed it under warranty. After a little more driving the noise was still there, and they checked the front end and determined the drive axle needed to be replaced, again under warranty, with no hassles. I was looking at new vehicles and Mark came out to ask if I needed help with anything. I told him I was just at the beginning of looking at new vehicles, but did know I wanted a sedan. He asked my price range and started showing me the Jetta's. I found the color and package that I wanted and Mark got me in and out of the dealership that same day in about 2 hours. I have been familiar with the dealership as they have been servicing my other jetta for the past 3 years. The service department has provided timely and efficient care for my vehicle. They have gone our of there way to take me offsite while my vehicle was being serviced. I shopped the area with other VW dealerships prior to my recent purchase and found the staff at all levels of the process to be courteous, friendly and eager to assist. The price was the best and the sales professionals were not pushy.

Customer Service rating would have reached 5 had the guy that does the "paperwork" been available. As the dealer is part of an "Auto Mall", one guy does this job for multiple dealers and we waited for hours to complete the deal. Great dealer otherwise.
Melissa took great care of me. I have no complaints and it was wonderful working with a young professional who knows the product and understands how to give the customer the right kinds of information to make the deal happen. From start to finish, the entire process took less thank 24 hours and there was not a single bump in the road or an unexepcted surprise. Overall they were friendly while shopping for a new car. My issue was that when given a price for the car with no trade in it was higher than sticker price. The car had somehow got 1200 in tires on it that was not on there yet. The car was off the lot when i first started looking so maybe but did not like how that was handled when buying a car and given a price more than the sticker. Felt like they were upping the price.
